  • Own demand gen efforts across all marketing channels (SEO, performance marketing, webinars and landing pages etc.)
  • Plan and implement repeatable, personalized lead nurturing flows
  • Partner closely with content marketing to develop collateral used in marketing automation 
  • Own and optimize lead scoring model
  • Advice on marketing tooling
  • Ensure tracking capabilities are implemented and run own analysis on campaigns
  • Report on pipe-line contribution and self-serve conversions
  • Drive customer engagement at conferences and events
  • Hypothesize, execute on, and analyze demand gen experiments independently


  • 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • You’re a quantitative person with a deep understanding of analytics
  • You have experience running multi-region paid and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating, deploying and optimizing complex email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms: Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar
  • Strong technical aptitude — you don’t need to know how to code, but you should be able to explain technical concepts, understand technical buyers and configure your own automation flows
  • The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and to handle uncertainty, ambiguity and the challenge of quickly evolving goals
  • Prioritize projects based on impact
