Inbound Sales Representative

We are disrupting the trillion dollar telecom industry by offering high-quality messaging solutions in the cloud with a pay-per-use transaction model. Our messaging system is powered by an in-house-developed Smart Routing EngineTM that connects to hundreds of mobile operators around the world whilst providing connectivity to our customers through one simple REST API.

We currently serve over 15.000 customers from our offices around the world. Our customers range from SMBs to large enterprises and governments. Sometimes our messages literally save lives.

Due to our continuous growth we’re looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who thrives on qualifying incoming leads, establishing new relationships and managing existing ones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive growth through customer outreach emails and phone calls
  • Connect and build relationships with warm leads and continuously build the pipeline
  • Research prospect contact information and best ways to develop a relationship
  • Understand how to communicate MessageBird’s offerings and USPs


REQUIREMENTS

  • You can identify incoming leads and convert them into sales
  • You’re skilled at building and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers
  • You focus on customer retention
  • You know how to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly quota targets
  • You have business proficiency (spoken and written) in Dutch, English and preferably one more language
  • You get shit done
